Requesting Deletion of Personal Data
If you wish to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below to ensure we process your request accurately and securely:
- In your email, please include your registered name (the name you used when signing up) and your telephone number.
- In the subject line, type:
“DELETE MY PERSONAL DATA” - In the first line of the message body, include your Client ID number. This helps us ensure the correct records are targeted for deletion.
⚠️ Please note: If there is any discrepancy in the information provided, we will contact you to confirm your identity before proceeding with data deletion.
Upon successfully verifying your details, we will permanently delete all personal data associated with your account. This includes:
- Contact information
- Coaching and wellness records
- Communication history
Certain limited records may be retained only where required by law (e.g., for financial, legal, or administrative compliance) and will be securely disposed of at the end of the applicable retention period.
Following deletion:
- Your wellness plan and access to professional guidance will terminate.
- Your assigned coach will be informed that their services are no longer required.
